Where your data lives
On your PC and your phone. The files sit in ordinary folders you can open, move or delete yourself. AI INST hosts nothing.
Who can see it
You. Your AI provider processes what you send it under your own account and their terms. Nobody at AI INST has access after handover.
What the company can see
Nothing inside it. Each system runs on that person's own device under their own account. The CEO, the board, HR and IT cannot see a director's entries or reflections. The company's payment buys the setup, not visibility.

Connected accounts
Every connection runs under your own account, and you authorise each one yourself. They are listed in your Google or Microsoft settings, and you can revoke any of them at any time without asking us.
NDA as standard
A mutual NDA is offered before we start, at no extra cost. If you want it signed before the first real conversation, that is how we would do it too.
Prefer the assistant not to see something? Leave it out, or do not connect that account. It only ever reads what you give it access to.

Where board information sits
On each director's own device and in the accounts they already hold. AI INST hosts nothing and runs no server, so there is no new third-party store of board material to assess.
The AI provider
Questions are processed by Claude or ChatGPT under the director's own account and that provider's terms. Your policy decides which plan and data settings are acceptable, and we go through those settings at the sponsor briefing.
Ahead of disclosure
Unpublished results, transactions under discussion and board deliberations stay on the director's device and in their own connected accounts. None of it passes through AI INST after handover.
Our access during setup
Setup happens on the director's device, with them, under a mutual NDA if you want one. The director decides what goes in, and price-sensitive material can be added after we have left.
Paperwork for your review
A written scope of work, a mutual NDA, and an invoice to the company carrying registration and TIN. If your supplier process needs anything else, raise it at the briefing.

Not included
- Claude or ChatGPT subscriptions. Those are paid to the provider directly.
- Paid plans for the tools we connect to. Those stay between your company and each provider.
- Accounting, HR, legal or regulatory advice. It organises information. It does not replace your advisers.
- Support beyond the thirty days. We are still here, it is just quoted as its own small job.
- Rebuilding the structure after handover. Small tweaks are included, a redesign is quoted.
