Data Deletion

AI INST Social Agent lets businesses connect their Facebook Page and Instagram professional account so AI agents can reply to comments and direct messages on their behalf. You can delete the data we hold about you at any time in any of these ways.

Option 1: Remove the app on Facebook

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings and privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
3. Find AI INST Social Agent and click Remove.
4. Tick the option to delete posts, videos or events the app published, if shown, and confirm.

Facebook then sends us a deletion request automatically. We revoke access, delete the stored Page tokens and delete the conversation records linked to your connection, and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Option 2: Disconnect inside AI INST

Workspace owners and admins can open Social Agent, go to Connect, and click Disconnect next to a Page. This revokes the app's access to that Page immediately.

Option 3: Email us

Email hello@aiinst.io with the subject "Data deletion request" and the name of your Facebook Page or Instagram account. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you messaged or commented on a business that uses our agents

Email us with the business name and your Facebook or Instagram name and we will delete the conversation records we hold for you on that business's behalf.
